The software for bed and mattress stores

Size, mattress, headboard, legs and adjustment all depend on each other. The configurator only allows the combinations your supplier makes and calculates the surcharge straight away. You plan delivery and assembly from that same order.

From trying it out to an assembled bed

The customer chooses size, mattress and headboard, you send the order to the factory and plan the delivery. The fitter assembles the bed, takes the old mattress away and signs the job off at the customer's home.

Size, mattress, headboard and adjustment

Every choice determines what is still possible after it: which mattresses go with which box spring size, which headboard fits and what electric adjustment costs extra. Your supplier's rules are in the configurator, so a salesperson cannot put together a bed the factory does not make.

Add more when you need it

Delivering a bed means assembling it, adjusting it and taking the old mattress away. That calls for planning, apps for your fitters and a till for smaller sales. Everything works from the same orders, customers and stock as the core system.

Planning for delivery and assembly

Drag a delivery onto a van or a fitter and the planning board recalculates your day. Assembly time, route and the confirmation to your customer all follow from the same order.

Frequently asked questions about software for bed and mattress stores

About configuring, delivery with assembly and service years after the purchase.

No, and that is deliberate. Box springs, mattresses and headboards run through the same configurator as the rest of your range, with your supplier's rules built in. That saves you a separate system alongside your ERP, and you keep one stock, one customer database and one order flow.

A bed and mattress store sells few standard articles: almost every box spring is a combination of size, mattress, headboard, legs and adjustment. That is why industry software such as LogicTrade works with a configurator that knows your supplier's rules, and with live prices and product data from 50+ brands in the home furnishing industry. Quote, order, purchasing, stock, point of sale and invoicing sit in the same system.

LogicTrade starts from 239 euro per month for home furnishing stores and soft furnishings and flooring retailers, and from 99 euro per month for suppliers. Allow for implementation and training on top of the monthly price, and weigh that against the time you no longer spend retyping price lists and dealing with beds that were ordered wrongly.

Yes. From the order you plan the delivery on the planning board: which van, which fitter, how much time for assembly and adjustment. Your customer receives the confirmation and tracks the van live. The fitter signs the job off in FieldAssist, with photos, a digital signature and the option to pay on the spot. You add removal of the old mattress as a line on the same order.

Every service request is attached to the original order, including the chosen size, the mattress type and the supplier. If your customer comes back years later with a complaint, you create a service request with photos from that order and, if needed, place a purchase order with the factory straight away. If someone needs to visit, the service appointment appears in FieldAssist for your fitter.

With LogicTrade Live Articles, product information, prices and stock from 50+ suppliers are updated in your system automatically, as a built-in PIM. For the bed sector, connected suppliers include Eastborn, Sand by Eastborn, Hilding Anders, LS Bedding, Bonaparte, Kayori and Vandyck. You never have to retype price lists by hand again.

Yes. LogicTrade connects to your bookkeeping so that invoices and postings flow through automatically. During the demo we are happy to discuss which integrations, including accounting packages, are relevant to your situation.

Most businesses are fully up and running within 4 to 6 weeks. If you run a small team and a manageable set of brands, it goes faster: you start with your own suppliers loaded and expand from there. You get one dedicated contact who knows the industry.
